Real Estate Service also is known as Real Estate Management is a branch of commercial realty, where one business competes with another for the same Real Estate Service. The term Real Estate Service can be defined as the process by which commercial realty assets are managed. In simple terms, real estate service is concerned with the management of Real Estate properties. It is also known as Real Estate Management or Property Management. There are certain basic requisites for availing the services of a real estate professional. A person who want to avail the Real Estate Service should be in a position to supply the name, contact details, company details, and the type of property information required by the professional. It is not mandatory that the same information should be supplied by the client and the broker at the same time. In most of the situations the information provided by the client and the broker would be complementary to each other.
